Tuition for the 2010-11 school year
is $6,250 for a family's first child. Discounts are given for

How
ARE students graded/evaluated?
RiverRun students do not take typical tests or receive typical graded
report cards. Rather, students build portfolios, which are
qualitatively evaluated by the students themselves as well as by the
directress. In addition, the directress keeps a journal
for each student and will provide parents with
bi-annual oral and written evaluations of their children that focus on
discussions of strengths and weaknesses in order to appropriately modify the child’s
educational plan.
Is
RiverRun an outreach of any of the existing Montessori primary schools in
the area?
No. While it is our intent to work cooperatively with the existing
Montessori primary schools in the area, RiverRun is its own independent entity.
Enrollment history in or connection to one
area Montessori primary school over another will not result in special admissions
preference.
