Tuition - 3- and 4-Year Olds

For 3- and 4-year olds, tuition for the 2008-09 school year is as follows:
            5-day program:            $4,400
            4-day program:            $4,100

This covers attendance during scheduled school days from 8:50 - 11:30 AM, Monday through Friday for the 5-day program and Monday through Thursday for the 4-day program, as per the published school calendar.

Once an application for admission has been accepted, a $400 non-refundable registration deposit is due to secure a spot.  This $400 is applied towards tuition cost.

Paying the registration deposit within three weeks of acceptance guarantees enrollment.  Enrollment spots are then secured in the order in which registration deposits are received.  Therefore, early payment is recommended.  If all enrollment spots are filled, families will be placed on a waiting list, and if space becomes available, the registration deposit is due within two weeks of notice.

The tuition balance of $4,000 for the 5-day program and 3,700 for the 4-day program is to be paid in ten equal payments of $400 and $370, respectively, due on the 1st of the months August, September, October, November, December, January, February, March, April, and May.

Prompt tuition payments are critical for successful operations of the school.  Therefore, payments made after the 5th of the month are subject to a $30 late fee.  Returned checks are subject to a $20 fee.  If your family is experiencing financial hardship, it is important to speak to the Head of School before the payment is due.

A limited number of need-based partial scholarships are available each year.  Please speak to the Head of School if you are interested in applying for one or click here for more information.

Note that as RiverRun is a cooperative venture, each family is also asked to contribute at least 20 hours of volunteer service to the school each school year.
